  • Overall optimization and regional development of water and sanitation services of a 1.8 million inhabitant city. Cooperation between several municipal utilities - Optimization of business processes, development of joint activities and new offers.
  • Operational Partnership to optimize operational processes and renew the investment plan for a rural sanitation community (240,000 inhabitants). Reduction of wastewater treatment plant energy consumption, integration of technical innovations to improve the operation.
  • Developing integrated solution for decentralized sanitation in suburban and rural areas: design of the optimal investment frameworks for the European Commission, realization and management of pilot projects in Bulgaria and Brazil, Research and Development projects in the field of decentralized treatment, together with public institutions.
