Gaz et Electricité de Grenoble is a leading local energy company in France. It has relied on Tilia as a sparring partner and support to conceive and conduct the operational unbundling of its regulated gas and electricity distribution activities from its other production, supply and services activities. The project included detailed review and benchmarking of various organisational options, together with the management teams of GEG, and led to an efficient new organisation.
