Tilia and its subsidiary decon international, in consortium with Steag Energy Services, have been awarded a framework contract with the European Investment Bank (EIB) to provide Consultancy Services in the Energy Sector until 2022.

Our consortium, led by decon international, will provide support to the Projects Directorate of the Bank (in particular the Energy Department). It will offer its independent expert opinion on issues concerning the energy sector – comprising Power Generation & Networks as well as Energy Efficiency – that may arise for projects inside or outside the EU.
